Job summary

IntelliGenesis is seeking an experienced intelligence analyst to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data, generating actionable insights and leads. The role requires maintaining targeting databases, profiling targets, and developing techniques to enhance collection efforts.

Qualified candidates will have a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and U.S. citizenship, with education and experience aligned to multiple degree paths and years of relevant work in intelligence analysis.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Experience levels tied to degrees: 7 years with Doctorate, 9 with Master, 11 with Bachelor, 13 with Associate, or 15 with high school diploma.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads
• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets’ communications, network usage and digital footprints
• Apply knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions

Required Skills:

• US Citizens Only
• TS/SCI Clearance andPolygraphrequired
• Minimum of seven (7)years of experience and a Doctoral degree; or
  • Nine (9) years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree; or
  • Eleven (11) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree; or
  • Thirteen (13) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree; or
  • Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED
• Degree in liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable
• Relevant experience must be in aspects of intelligence analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis)

Compensation Range: $163,000 - $224,000
