Job summary

Weeghman & Briggs LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data, generating insights and leads.

You will maintain databases for targeting and analysis, identify intelligence gaps, and apply multiple disciplines to pattern recognition across communications and digital footprints, working with government, military, and contractor teammates.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in Liberal Arts preferred; any field acceptable.
• Experience in Intelligence Analysis (target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis).
• Foreign language proficiency may satisfy some requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights.
• Ensure target continuity and profile targets; develop techniques to gain additional information.
• Maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection.
• Apply multiple analysis disciplines to pattern recognition against targets' communications and digital footprints.
• Apply knowledge of IC needs and missions.
• Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to align intelligence needs and areas of expertise.
• Form hypotheses and select analysis techniques; query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data.
• Distill, document, contextualize and share findings with teammates and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads
• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints
• Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions
• Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
• Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights
• Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings–including any new tradecraft that you develop–with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers

What You Bring

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in the Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
• Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases).
• In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

The projected salary range for this position is $102,950-$256,654.35, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
