You will prepare beverages, maintain knowledge of the Taqueria menu, and support daily operations with a team-focused mindset. This full-time role requires flexibility and weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Friendly, courteous personality with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to count, handle money, and perform simple math accurately.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Basic understanding of English.
• Willingness to transfer to other locations within a reasonable commute.

Responsibilities

• Smile, greet, and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Accurately record customer orders while promoting sales through suggestive selling.
• Operate cash register, scale, and equipment properly.
• Follow company cash handling and payment policies.
• Balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
• Maintain full knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Prepare and serve beverages; ensure beverage quality.
• Follow health codes, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
• Maintain work areas, floors, tables, and salsa bar clean and replenished.
• Work safely, use equipment correctly, and report issues immediately.
• Support coworkers, assist customers, and model teamwork.
