Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic understanding of English language.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Friendly, courteous personality with strong customer service skills.
• Prior cashier or restaurant/fast food experience helpful.
• Must be able to transfer to other locations within a reasonable commute.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, speedy, and accurate service in the Taqueria cashier role.
• Record customer orders and promote sales through suggestive selling.
• Operate cash register, balance the cash drawer, and handle payments.
• Maintain full knowledge of Taqueria menus and offerings.
• Prepare agua fresca, juices, coffee, and champurrado; ensure beverage quality.
• Follow health codes, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
• Maintain clean work areas, including salsa bar, and replenish as needed.
• Work safely and report issues promptly.
