Responsibilities

• Balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
• Maintain full knowledge of Taqueria menu.
• Prepare and serve agua frescas, juices, coffee, and champurrado; ensure beverage quality.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and counters clean and organized.
