Job summary

Southern Tier Brewing Company invites energetic individuals to join our taproom team as a Server Assistant. You will deliver orders, engage guests, and help maintain a welcoming environment in a craft beer setting.

Reports to the General Manager or Front of House Manager on duty. Pay is $11 per hour plus tip share; 18+ years of age required (17 in some counties). This is a fulltime, on-site position with opportunities for growth across our brands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (17 allowed in certain counties).
• Previous experience as server assistant, utility, or food runner preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean taproom by clearing tables and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other items to guests.
• Assist with inventory and beverage upkeep, restocking server stations, and rolling silverware.
• Assist guests and servers/bartenders with hospitality tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
