Job summary

Victory Brewing Company is seeking a Taproom/Front-of-House Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service operation. You will supervise staff, enhance guest experiences, and drive daily restaurant performance in collaboration with leadership to optimize service and sales.

You will coach team members, ensure consistent guest satisfaction, and maintain smooth front-of-house operations during peak times with a focus on culinary excellence and a great beer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year as restaurant manager
• Experience in various restaurant roles (server, host, bartender) is a plus
• Knowledge of craft beer and industry interest
• Must pass Cicerone Level 1 within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations including supervising staff, hiring and training, and daily upkeep
• Collaborate with GM and management to build a strong team culture and policies
• Collect, evaluate and respond to guest feedback as needed
• Maintain a smooth front-of-house operation during peak times
• Assist with sales reporting and sharing results with senior leadership
