Job summary

Artisanal Brewing Ventures (ABV) is hiring a Taproom/Front-of-House Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in a high-volume setting, ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

You will lead staff, assist GM, manage guest feedback, and contribute to sales reporting; knowledge of craft beer and passing Level 1 Cicerone within six months preferred.

ABV includes Victory, Sixpoint, Bold Rock brands, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities across five brands.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as a restaurant manager.
• Knowledge of craft beer and industry
• Passing Level 1 (Certified Beer Server) of Cicerone within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations including staffing, hiring, training, and daily maintenance.
• Collaborate with General Manager to establish a strong team culture and policies.
• Collect, evaluate, and respond to guest feedback as needed.
• Ensure smooth front-of-house operations during peak times and assist staff as needed.
• Assist General Manager with sales tracking and reporting for senior leadership.
