Victory Brewing Company in Downingtown, PA is seeking a Server Assistant to provide tableside service in our taproom and support a hospitality-driven team. You will deliver orders, maintain cleanliness, and help guests enjoy a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience as a server assistant, utility, or food runner preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds; able to lift/move kegs up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean taproom by clearing glasses, plates, and utensils for efficient turnover.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables and assist guests with requests.
• Assist with inventory and restocking of server stations.
• Support the hospitality team and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
