Job summary

Nana Management Services, LLC is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for King Street Brewing Company’s taproom in Anchorage, Alaska. You will lead cooks and service staff, manage menus, ensure safety compliance and deliver quality pub fare in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory, HACCP record-keeping, coaching employees, and maintaining sanitation. A hands-on leader who can handle peak hours is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe Certification within 30 days of hire.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Food Service Supervisor managing staff.
• At least 2 years of cooking experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must read/write English.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership and cohesion at the unit and with client.
• Direct daily food service ops: menu planning, purchasing, inventory, receiving, prep and storage.
• Maintain sanitary and food safety conditions; adhere to audits and regulations.
• Ensure quality delivery of products and service; monitor standards.
• Supervise daily activities; assign, prioritize and monitor performance.
• Create a safe work environment with safety audits and training.
• Develop schedules and conduct performance reviews.
