Job summary

King Street Brewing Company in Anchorage seeks a Food Service Worker to deliver house-made pizzas, pretzels, and sausages within a premier craft brewery. Representing Nana Management Services, you will blend speed, accuracy at the POS, and outstanding customer service in a dynamic, multi-level environment.

You input sales into POS, keep areas stocked, maintain cleanliness, assist customers with orders, and help with periodic cleaning projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Municipality of Anchorage Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe certification upon 30 days of hire.
• Six months cashier experience is required.
• Six months of related food service experience.
• Six months of customer service experience.
• Must speak, understand, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Inputs sales into POS systems accurately.
• Maintain product levels and refresh as needed.
• Clean and wipe work areas, handle dishes and machines.
• Report quality/quantity issues to supervisor.
• Assist customers with information and order selection.
• Count cash drawers for deposits.
• Prepare food and cook entrees.
• Assist with large periodic cleaning projects.
• This role does not supervise staff.
• Other duties as needed.
