Job summary

Hardywood is seeking a Beer Ambassador to join our Front of House team in Richmond, VA. You will welcome guests, pour beer to Hardywood standards, and guide visitors through our taproom and facility tours as needed.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a passion for craft beer, with opportunities to assist in kitchen operations and participate in community events at both Ownby Lane and West Creek locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Cicerone Beer Server credential is a plus.
• Proficiency with a digital POS system and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality pours and guide guests to selections they will enjoy.
• Greet guests, answer questions about the portfolio, and offer tours when needed.
• Deliver table service and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming taproom environment.
