Kaizen Lab Inc. seeks a Taproom Ambassador for Paws On Tap Whitestown, IN. You will float between responsibilities in a fast-paced, dog-friendly setting, ensuring guests understand self-pour and mobile ordering while keeping spaces clean and safe.

• Help guests navigate self-pour, mobile ordering, and the overall experience
• Step in before a guest has to ask for help
• Support your teammates wherever needed

Position: Taproom Ambassador (Taproom Team) Paws On Tap Whitestown, IN

This is not a “bartender,” “runner,” or “waiter/waitress” role.

This is a team-first, guest-aware operator who moves where the business needs them in real time. You are the extra set of eyes, the early problem-solver, and the person who makes things feel effortless for our guests.

What you’ll do

You will float between responsibilities based on what’s happening in the moment:

• Welcome guests and help them understand how Paws On Tap works
• Assist with food pickup, running, and guest support
• Keep the space clean, safe, and flowing (tables, floors, dog areas, tap wall)
• Help guests navigate self-pour, mobile ordering, and the overall experience
• Step in before a guest has to ask for help
• Support your teammates wherever needed
