Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of prior experience in food & beverage, cocktail service, nightclub, or entertainment venue preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.
• Manage bar inventory and place product orders to maintain stock.
• Ring beverages, handle cash, and prepare daily reports.
• Train and mentor apprentice bartenders and bar porters.
• Ensure bar equipment is clean, sanitary, and in good working order.
• Participate in promotions and events as applicable.
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues as needed.
