Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store supervisor in Texas to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent guest experiences. The role includes a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics and a mandate to maintain a positive, respectful environment for staff and customers.

You'll manage staffing, develop employees, meet self-performance metrics, analyze daily sales, control labor and inventory costs, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Stand, bend, and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation; duties as assigned; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
