Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking energetic team members in Maryland to join our salon team. We offer sunbed tanning, spray tanning, skin care and wellness services, with a focus on customer service and sales excellence.

As a frontline associate, you will meet and exceed daily sales goals, provide upbeat consultations, and help clients choose tanning and wellness options while following all guidelines. This role features flexible schedules and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
