Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Assess clients' needs and explain tanning process and product recommendations.
• Keep the tanning area clean and stocked with supplies.
• Upsell lotions and products based on client needs and preferences.
• Meet and exceed sales targets with professionalism and customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate client records for personalized service.
• Open and close the salon on time.
