West Coast Tanning, Inc. in Beverly Hills seeks enthusiastic individuals for entry-level sales and customer service roles. You will meet sales goals daily, deliver friendly service, and educate customers on tanning products in a fast-paced salon environment.

We provide paid training, flexible scheduling, and a vibrant team culture. Starting pay is $18.42 per hour with immediate opportunities for bonuses and commissions as you grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
