West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level sales/customer service role at our Los Angeles salon. You will engage customers, explain tanning products, and ensure a friendly, well-organized environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours per day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Guide first-time customers on using tanning equipment.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.
