Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing beauty consultants in Lincoln, NE to accurately represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. This entry-level role focuses on achieving sales goals in a commission-driven environment and offers strong training and development opportunities.

Ideal candidates are highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about skincare, with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours/day).
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning and wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educates customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and compliance with company and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
