Synergy Companies is seeking a Tankless Water Heater Technician to join our Southern California team. We install water heaters at low or no cost for utility customers; plumbing or electrical experience is a plus.

This full-time role offers steady year-round employment with an expected salary around $80,000+ per year, plus paid training and tools.

You will provide excellent customer service, follow instructions, and be prepared to work with hands, lift equipment, and occasionally upsell upgrades.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass drug and background screening.
• Competent in working with your hands and power tools.
• Customer etiquette and communication.
• Problem-solving.
• Tech savvy (comfortable with computers, tablets, cell phones, and Google based programs).
• Valid Driver's License and good Driving Record.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual a plus.

Job Description

Synergy Companies is looking for a Tankless Water Heater Technician to join our team. Synergy Companies works with Southern California utility companies to install water heaters at low or even no cost for our customers. Candidates with experience in plumbing and electric work are preferred but not required. We are looking for motivated people who enjoy working with their hands. Individuals who are able to problem solve and think for themselves are a great fit for this position. This position will include steady, year-round employment. Working full-time you can expect to make $80,000 + in this position.
