Fast Home Services is seeking a driven Water Heater Technician to install, replace, and repair both tank and tankless water heaters for residential and commercial customers across the LA area.

The role requires solid plumbing experience, a strong focus on safety, and excellent customer service. You will use email and an iPad, complete job documentation, and collaborate with team leads, CS & Dispatch while meeting safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in Plumbing or water heater installation
• Excellent interpersonal communication with customers and internal team members
• Able to work independently
• Familiarity with email, using an iPad
• Ability to complete job documentation and communicate with team members
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Must be an insurable driver with CA State Driver's License; 25+ years old with 2+ years driving experience

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings
• Communicate with customers and internal teams
• Complete job documentation and coordinate with team leads, Customer Service & Dispatch

Fast Home Services is on the lookout for a driven Water Heater Technician to join our expanding team serving all over the LA area.

PLEASE Note: Weekly Monday Tech Meetings are held at our Santa Fe Springs warehouse, and attendance is required.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, replacing, and repairing both tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate brings solid plumbing expertise, a strong focus on safety, and a genuine dedication to outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have 2.5+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in the areas of Plumbing or water heater installation
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required as you will be communicating with both customers and internal team members
• Able to work independently
• Familiarity with email, using an iPad
• Ability to complete job documentation and communicate with team members [team leads, Customer Service & Dispatch] as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Willingness to train, learn, and keep up to date with the Plumbing Business
• Valid and active CA State Driver’s License [** Please note that you must be an insurable driver and possess a current CA State Driver's License. You must also be 25 yrs of age with 2+ years of driving experience.]

Requirements

PLEASE NOTE: All applicants must be an insurable driver, meaning minimal to no motor vehicle violations within the last 3–5 years. Applicants must possess a current, valid driver's license from California. An exception may be made for candidates holding an out-of-state license, provided they agree to obtain the correct state license within 30 days of their offer acceptance date. Additionally, applicants must be at least 25 years of age and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
