Prairie Field Services in Artesia, NM seeks a reliable Crude Oil/Company Driver for night shifts. You will haul crude oil from lease locations to delivery points, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and comply with DOT regulations and our safety policies.

Requirements: Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements, 1–2 years of crude hauling, clean MVR, and willingness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Crude Oil/Company Drivers to Join our team in Artesia, NM.

This role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, DOT regulations, and company policies.

This is a night time position with a 6/2 or 5/3 rotation.

Responsibilities

• Transport crude oil safely from lease locations to designated delivery points
• Gauge tanks accurately to measure oil volume before and after loading
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow all safety procedures for hazardous material handling
• Maintain cleanliness and mechanical readiness of truck and trailer
• Communicate with dispatch regarding load schedules, delays, or issues
• Operate safely in various weather and road conditions
• Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience hauling crude oil or similar hazardous liquids preferred
• Familiarity with oilfield locations and lease roads a plus
• Physically able to climb tanks, handle hoses, and work outdoors in all conditions
• Must be able to chain up
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends
• Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset
• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Ability to pass DOT drug/alcohol screening

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay ($80,000-$130,000 annually) DOE.
