Job summary

Bruceton Petroleum Co Inc is seeking a Tanker Driver to deliver fuel products to various locations in a safe and efficient manner. The role requires pre- and post-trip inspections, proper paperwork, and strict adherence to DOT regulations for handling hazardous materials.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL with hazardous materials and tanker endorsements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb up to 15 ft.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fuel oil, gasoline, and LP safely to assigned locations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections for roadworthiness.
• Complete required shipping papers and hours of duty reports.
• Maintain knowledge of DOT regulations for CMV operations and hazardous materials.

Job Title: Tanker DriverReporting Relationship: Reports to – Director of OperationsBasic Function:A driver is primarily responsible for delivering fuel oil, gasoline, LP etc. in a safe and efficient manner to various locations as assigned by his/her manager.Essential Functions:Drive tractor trailer/delivery truck to various locations in a safe and efficient mannerPerform pre and post trip visual inspections of vehicle to determine road worthinessComplete required paperwork such as shipping papers, hours of duty reports, etc.Have working knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations regarding operating a commercial motor vehicle, transporting hazardous material and how to respond to an emergencyQualifications:a. 21 years of age; andb. Commercial driver's license with hazardous material and tanker endorsement.c. Must be able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.d.
