Job summary

Republic Services is hiring a Stainless Steel Tanker Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, inspections, and welding on specialized equipment. The role includes working on basic electrical components, air, and hydraulic systems to maximize safe operations.

You will read drawings, diagnose issues, and perform welding/fabrication on MC-306/406 tank trailers and related gear. Responsibilities include complex inspections, preventative maintenance, and assisting with installations while meeting

Qualifications

Able to read and interpret blueprints and measurements.
Capable of diagnosing electrical and hydraulic issues on equipment.
Experience with welding and fabrication on heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

Performs complex inspections and preventative maintenance on tank trailers and related equipment.
Diagnoses and repairs electrical and hydraulic problems; performs welding and fabrication as needed.
Supports installations and meets scheduled deadlines under supervision as required.
