Job summary

Sanofi in Swiftwater, PA, seeks a B57 Prep-Tank Technician to support filling operations in a fast-paced environment. You will perform production activities, adhere to aseptic technique, and ensure GMP-compliant documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Requires good mechanical skills, computer skills, and attention to detail.
• Must have basic mechanical aptitude, good comprehension skills, retention skills, troubleshooting ability, and manual dexterity
• Prior or related cGMP or Pharmaceutical experience are preferred
• HS diploma or equivalent and 1+ years in cGMP or Pharmaceutical or any manufacturing experience
• Associate's degree with 6+ months in cGMP or Pharmaceutical or any manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's degree with or without cGMP or Pharmaceutical or any manufacturing experience
• Prior experience preferred in: Water Sampling, Equipment Prep, or Tank Movement
• Must have knowledge and access to systems: SAP, Master, SCADA, RT Reports, and Labware OR SAP and HMI

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety procedures and reports safety issues.
• Maintains regulatory audit readiness and documentation.
• Performs production tasks with flexibility to support staffing needs.
• Completes water sampling and ensures GMP compliance.
• Coordinates with SAP, Labware/LIMS, Trackwise and HMI/SCADA systems during shifts.
• Arrives on time and participates in shift change with professional conduct.
• Supports changeover steps and equipment readiness for continuous operation.
• Participates in training modules and mentors new team members.
• Escalates missing equipment or materials to senior staff as needed
• Ensures proper aseptic gowning and material segregation.
