Job summary

Sanofi is hiring a B57 Prep-Tank Technician in Swiftwater, PA to support the Filling Department’s day-to-day operations. You’ll perform production activities with emphasis on aseptic technique and cGMP documentation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role is non-exempt with bi-weekly pay based on experience and education, requiring strong mechanical and computer skills, plus familiarity with SAP and Labware systems.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent plus 1+ year in cGMP/pharma manufacturing
• Associate degree with 6+ months relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree with or without pharma/manufacturing experience
• Prior experience in water sampling, equipment prep, or tank movement
• Knowledge of SAP, Master, SCADA, RT Reports, and Labware or SAP and HMI

Responsibilities

• Ensure aseptic technique and compliance with cGMP during filling operations
• Perform production tasks to meet volume demands and schedules
• Maintain proper documentation in SAP, LIMS, and related systems
• Conduct water sampling (WFI, DI, clean steam) per procedures
• Assist with equipment prep, changeovers, and line readiness during shifts
• Support safety, quality, and housekeeping standards on the floor
• Collaborate with team to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
• Participate in shift handoffs and trainings to ensure continuity
