The position emphasizes training, equipment maintenance, deviation investigations, CAPAs, and precise real-time documentation to support continuous improvement in a high‑stakes aseptic environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED plus 3+ years in cGMP or pharma experience.
• Associate degree with 2+ years in cGMP or pharma.
• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in cGMP or pharma.
• Strong mechanical, computer skills and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, strong comprehension, retention, troubleshooting, and manual dexterity.
• Proficiency in at least one operation area or product line.
• Qualified trainer in one or more areas.
• Access to systems in buildings/processes with SFD, PI, Metasys, Lab Watch.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure processes are compliant with FDA regulations.
• Maintain and repair equipment; monitor software and hardware issues.
• Train personnel in procedures, cGMP, safety, and SAP signoffs.
• Maintain qualified trainer status and documentation.
• Identify and prevent deviations; assist in investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure adequate staffing and manage breaks to maintain operations.
• Complete operations documentation (Metasys, Lab Watch, BPRs) accurately and in real time.
