Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) seeks a Mechanical Quality Control Supervisor for our International Falls, Minnesota Paper Mill. You will lead QA/QC on fixed equipment, oversee tank integrity projects, and collaborate with Operations on schedules and budgets to maintain safety and compliance.

The role requires strong welding, corrosion, and NDT experience, plus supervisory capabilities. This position is based at the International Falls mill with opportunities to support capital projects

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2 years of maintenance-related experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a current valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of ASME Boiler & Vessel Codes, ASME Piping Codes, and related inspection practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage all QA/QC aspects of fixed equipment and welding inspections.
• Oversee tank integrity projects per API and PCA policies.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and plans for tank work and major maintenance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation for inspections.
