Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) seeks a QA/QC leader for fixed equipment, overseeing weld inspection, assembly inspection, and tank integrity programs. You will coordinate field inspections, safety practices, and regulatory compliance while supporting capital projects and die-hard attention to quality.

You will manage drawings, budgets, and schedules, ensuring materials and workmanship meet PCA standards. Strong API/ASME knowledge and NDT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School education with maintenance-related experience.
• Knowledge of API/ASME codes and tank inspection practices.
• Experience with NDT methods and tank integrity programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA/QC for fixed equipment including weld and tank inspections.
• Lead tank integrity projects per API 650/653 and maintain schedules.
• Prepare estimates, budgets, materials, and contractor specifications for projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Supervise contract personnel and maintain PCA piping specifications.
