Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream is seeking a Tank Integrity Specialist to support the Integrity Management Program and lead high-level tasks for the department. The role may direct or lead others within the Tank Integrity group as needed.

The position requires extensive experience with storage tanks, inspection methods, and API standards, and involves collaboration with field personnel to document inspection results and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• API 653 certification preferred in lieu of degree.
• Minimum eight years’ experience in plant, terminal, and above-ground storage tank inspections and integrity programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and oversee API and Environmental inspections across the fleet.
• Develop technical solutions and process improvements with management.
• Manage field projects including data collection, analysis, and resource coordination.
• Interface with vendors and contractors in integrity management activities.
• Lead or direct work of others within the Tank Integrity group when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of current practices and technologies related to tank integrity.
