Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division seeks a Regs Tank Fab Machine Operator for the 2nd shift at our Nacogdoches, TX facility. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.; overtime may be required.

The role involves setting up and operating welding machines, presses, and related equipment to build tank components, with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. Training in chemical handling and PPE use is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate welding machines, presses, shears, brakes, flanges and expanders.
• Follow BOM to gather parts for welders and stations.
• Maintain paint booth and verify cure/temperatures.
• Perform routine maintenance and operate welding equipment (MIG).
• Load materials and perform laser cutting per specs.
• Coordinate daily production releases and manage materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and 5S+ housekeeping.
