Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively (pipe wrenches, pry bars, wrenches, ratchets).
• Capable of basic railcar repairs and inspections.
• Strong customer relations and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work safely in all weather conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance on tank cars per procedures.
• Conduct railcar inspections for compliance and safety.
• Provide customer support to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle invoicing, inspection, and work order information.
• Maintain required certifications and knowledge of AAR rules.
