Phillips Tank & Structure seeks a skilled Tank Builder/Welder to join our nationwide team. You will weld and assemble above-ground metal tanks and related structures, reading drawings, and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficient welding on plates using SMAW and FCAW processes.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and specs.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear/maintain PPE and monitors.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a crew environment.
• Willingness to learn and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform arc cutting, gouging, and welding with 7018/7024/6010.
• Operate power tools, grinders, and lifting equipment.
• Weld tanks and related structures per spec and drawings.
• Follow safety procedures and complete job safety analyses.
• Inspect workflows and assist with quality checks.
