Kra-Corporation in Washington, DC is seeking a Career Agent to deliver TANF case-management and personalized guidance that helps customers achieve employment goals and long-term self-sufficiency.

You will conduct intake and eligibility, develop IRPs, coach on life and job-readiness skills, coordinate services, and document thoroughly in the CATCH system to ensure compliance. The position offers a competitive compensation package with a sign-on bonus; travel about 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; substitution for eight years of experience.
• Minimum two years in case management and/or eligibility environment.
• Experience with TANF rules preferred.
• Experience working with adults in the workforce system.

Responsabilités

• Provide career counseling and intensive case-management services that support TANF progression.
• Complete intake and eligibility determination and assess jobseekers’ needs and abilities.
• Coordinate services to help customers progress toward employment.
• Maintain thorough documentation and IRPs, ensuring compliance.
• Counsel customers on local labor markets and refer to services.
• Maintain accurate case files with required eligibility documents.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings; assist team relationships.
• Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and job clubs.
• Meet/exceed contractual benchmarks and required reports.
