Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or construction-related education preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of construction-related, construction management, or construction engineering experience, with demonstrated success completing multimillion-dollar projects.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience managing field personnel and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations and provide onsite leadership for construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, meetings, and scheduling; ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and progress photos.
• Manage budget accountability, equipment needs, and material handling logs.
• Support project closeout, scheduling updates, and coordination with the Project Manager.
