Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Business preferred.
• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within Multifamily Construction.
• Proven track record of success on large and/or complex projects.
• Proficient with construction technology; Procore experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Review proposals, drawings and plans to determine timeframe, funding, staffing, and procurement needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
• Complete materials take-offs, establish cost estimates, and track procurement schedule.
• Coordinate activities with project staff; provide technical advice to resolve problems.
• Oversee project financials and budget compliance.
