Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Tamil Bilingual Expert to contribute to a language and AI training project focused on Tamil understanding and generation. You will evaluate Tamil audio content, judge nativeness and fluency, and provide feedback based on established guidelines.

Strong Tamil proficiency and B2+ English, ability to work remotely, and attention to detail are essential. No prior AI experience required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Tamil (spoken and written).
• B2+ proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Tamil audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, and subtle language differences.
• Document evaluations with clear, concise feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
