Grand Casino Mille Lacs seeks a Strategic Partner in Talent to drive enterprise-level workforce planning, leadership development, and culture initiatives. You will act as a strategic advisor, coach, and change agent to align HR strategies with Mille Lacs Band values and business objectives.

You’ll partner with executives to craft future-ready solutions, design scalable talent programs, and integrate data insights into decisions that improve retention and performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in a strategic HR role; 2+ years in generalist or HR business partner capacity.
• Experience in workforce planning, performance consulting, or organizational strategy preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and influencing across stakeholders.
