Job summary
Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruiting across departments. The role focuses on building a strong candidate pool, coordinating screening, interviews, and time-to-fill processes while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Business Partners to source, screen, and present qualified candidates, maintaining relationships with applicants and vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years Human Resource or clerical experience required.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.
Responsibilities
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Development Director in workforce planning efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Talent Team, managers, and employment agencies.
- Record and track the filling of open positions and reduce time to fill according to department standards.
- Conduct initial screens of potential candidates and present qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Foster relationships with past applicants, building a pipeline of future talent.
