ATOMS seeks a seasoned Talent & People Operations leader to own talent strategy end to end from San Francisco. You will orchestrate headcount planning, org design, and a data-driven approach to hiring across a portfolio of ventures.

The role emphasizes delivering high-impact, cost-efficient hires and measurable performance programs. You will translate ambiguous problems into structured projects, build performant analytics, and partner with executives to drive ROI on people initiatives, while

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience with a Tier 1 consulting background and meaningful time inside a high-growth operating company.
• Ability to take problems from ambiguous brief to shipped outcome with a proven track record.
• Comfortable with data: pull, model, and present workforce analytics without a team.
• Create structure where there isn’t any, with strong project management instincts.
• Operate with low ego and high output—execute, not just advise.

Responsibilities

• Own Talent strategy end to end: translate priorities into structured projects with clear owners and milestones.
• Drive efficient growth: lead headcount planning and org design, model workforce scenarios.
• Rebuild how we hire: redesign and operationalize a recruiting model across the portfolio.
• Architect how we perform: build goal-setting and performance programs with data-driven signals.
• Back the business with numbers: ROI analysis on talent programs, hiring spend, comp and tools.
