Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience, with a Tier 1 consulting background and meaningful time inside a high-growth operating company.
• Ability to take problems from ambiguous brief to shipped outcome with a track record.
• Demonstrated ability to pull, model, and present workforce analytics.
• Able to create structure where there isn't any with strong project management instincts.
• Operates with low ego and high output, focused on execution.

Responsibilities

• Own Talent strategy end to end: translate priorities into structured projects with clear owners, milestones, and outcomes.
• Drive efficient growth: lead headcount planning and org design, model workforce scenarios (FTE vs AI workforce, location, in-house vs outsource).
• Rebuild how we hire: redesign and operationalize a recruiting model for better hires, faster, lower cost across the portfolio.
• Architect how we perform: build performance programs and data-driven signals to identify high performers and flight risks.
• Back the business with numbers: provide analytical and operational backbone for reporting and ROI analysis.
