About Us

We’re building a fast-growing portfolio of high-ticket and innovative ventures. Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to supercharge our recruiting pipeline. You’ll be responsible for attracting top talent across multiple business units, industries, and geographic regions—primarily through job postings, proactive outreach, and strategic networking.

About the Role

As our Talent Sourcing Specialist, your mission is to fill the screening calendar for our dedicated hiring team. You will post job openings, scan incoming applications, reach out to potential candidates, and pre-qualify them by phone before handing them off for deeper screening.

Key Focus Areas

  1. Job Postings & Ads
    • Write compelling job descriptions and post them on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, specialized boards, etc.).
    • Manage postings daily to ensure top visibility and consistent applicant flow.
    • Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and email campaigns.
    • Cold-call applicants who’ve shown interest, providing a brief overview of the opportunity and scheduling next-step interviews with our screening team.
  2. Network Building & Relationship Management
    • Leverage your existing network of professionals and continuously expand it to support new hiring pipelines.
    • Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to create a strong talent pool.
  3. Candidate Coordination
    • Collaborate closely with our Screening Specialists to ensure qualified candidates are properly scheduled.
    • Maintain organized candidate data in our ATS/CRM to keep the pipeline flowing smoothly.
  4. Data Tracking & Reporting
    • Track outreach metrics (response rates, call conversions, scheduled screenings, etc.).
    • Provide weekly updates to leadership on pipeline health, hiring bottlenecks, and new sourcing channels.

Who You Are

  • Seasoned Recruiter / Headhunter: You have 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Expert: You’re already proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and have your own platform access. You know how to find, message, and engage top talent efficiently.
  • Strong Network & Industry Versatility: You’ve built a robust network of contacts and can tap into multiple industries. Experience sourcing for a diverse range of roles—marketing, sales, tech, operations—is a big plus.
  • Persistent Communicator: You don’t shy away from cold-calling or sending follow-up emails. You excel at quickly identifying whether someone fits the basic criteria before handing them off.
  • Organized & Results-Focused: You thrive on meeting (and exceeding) weekly or monthly hiring targets. You track metrics meticulously and use data to refine your sourcing strategies.
  • Team Player: You coordinate seamlessly with our screening team. You’re great at handing over candidates with clear notes and context to ensure a smooth candidate journey.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000–$70,000 USD/year (commensurate with experience).
  • Performance Incentives: Potential bonuses tied to the volume and quality of candidates sourced each quarter.
