Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to deliver full-service sourcing and research for key roles across North American markets. You will partner with Talent Engagement, build robust candidate pipelines, and use Boolean and social-media tools to identify and engage top talent.

The position is full-time, on-site in Lancaster, PA, with up to 25% travel and a hybrid schedule after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 6 months recruiting or candidate sourcing experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for market events.
• Hybrid in-office schedule after initial training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Engagement team to create and implement sourcing strategies for active and future requisitions.
• Develop robust candidate pipelines across diverse business areas using technology and social media tools.
• Execute sourcing searches including Boolean searches, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Provide talent market insights and competitive intelligence to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a broad professional network of top talent and participate in market events.
• Stay current on sourcing trends and share knowledge with the TA team.
