Job summary

Blue Nile is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to identify exceptional talent and build high-quality candidate pipelines across the organization.

You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner to research markets, engage passive candidates, and drive proactive workforce planning, while representing Blue Nile in the talent market and communicating our employer value proposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on talent sourcing or recruiting experience with success identifying passive candidates.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

• Research talent markets, competitor organizations, industry trends and sourcing channels to identify talent opportunities.
• Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support active hiring needs and workforce planning across functions.
