About the Role
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will help build proactive pipeline capability within the Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on identifying passive candidates, conducting talent mapping, supporting outreach, and maintaining pipelines for recurring, critical, and hard‑to‑fill roles across corporate and restaurant functions.

- Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify passive candidates, target companies, and relevant market trends.
- Source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Draft tailored candidate outreach that reflects the role, audience, and Wingstop employment brand.
- Engage prospective candidates and manage initial screening for sourced talent.
- Support executive recruiting efforts in partnership with the Director of Executive Search.
- Support General Manager recruiting in partnership with the Corporate Restaurants HRBP team.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline updates, notes, and sourcing activity within the ATS.
- Partner with the TA Coordinator to support candidate coordination, recruiting administration, and team coverage during peak hiring periods.
- Develop recruiting capability over time by supporting lower‑complexity requisitions as skills and experience grow.
What You’ll Need
- Bring 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, talent research, or another research‑oriented role.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify and organize candidate pipelines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, recruiters, HR partners, and hiring teams.
- Write thoughtful candidate outreach that is specific to the audience and role.
- Demonstrate curiosity, resourcefulness, and sound judgment when building searches or researching talent markets.
- Manage candidate information with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Show interest in building a long‑term career in Talent Acquisition.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or bring equivalent relevant experience.
