Job summary

Priority1 is seeking a Business Development Sourcing Specialist to generate a steady stream of qualified prospects at the awareness stage of the sales pipeline. The role supports the Tempe, Arizona-based Business Development efforts with strong emphasis on research, sourcing, and lead qualification.

The candidate will build and maintain a robust pipeline while collaborating with the team to drive monthly revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Punctual, reliable, and strong attention to detail.
• Strong Internet research & PC skills.
• High initiative, self-motivated and results-oriented team player.
• Critical thinking related to estimating a prospect's interest level in the company's solution.

Responsibilities

• Generate new qualified leads to a team of Business Development specialist.
• Utilize resume posting boards, LinkedIn, and Google Boolean search strategies to cultivate new leads.
• Provide an ongoing pipeline to the Business Development Team.
• Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
• Proactively seek new ways to generate leads.
• Process and maintain leads in prospecting database; manage contact information and leads in CRM tool.
• Have strong communication skills to work directly with our Business Development Team.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence and market conditions relative to specific service offering(s) and communicate appropriately to departmental and organizational leaders.
• Help provide leads through social media efforts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other platforms.
• Work with sales teams to grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.
