• Strong ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and talent-mapping approaches.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive intelligence, and talent landscape analyses.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with high quality and responsiveness.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sourcing metrics and drive decisions.

This role requires a proactive, consultative approach to talent acquisition, leveraging market intelligence, competitive research, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify exceptional talent. The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 2-4 + years of experience in talent sourcing or executive search experience required
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates across a variety of functions and levels, including experienced professional and leadership talent.
• Expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire Ez, various talent intelligence platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and talent-mapping approaches to identify high-caliber candidates.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive intelligence, and talent landscape analyses to support hiring decisions.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality, organization, and responsiveness.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sourcing metrics and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

The Strategic Talent Sourcing team serves as a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition and business leaders by delivering proactive talent pipelining, market intelligence, and high-impact sourcing support. Fidelity's Onsite Working Model

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
