Job summary

Fidelity TalentSource seeks a Talent Acquisition Operations associate in Merrimack, NH to support the offer and pre-onboarding phases. This fully onsite role partners with TA Partners, Account Managers, and the business to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

You will create job requisitions, prepare offer letters, monitor progress, and be the main point of contact for onboarding questions while maintaining confidentiality and high-level customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Create job requisitions for Fidelity full time roles for job postings.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents based on TA Partners.
• Assess candidate progress through the recruiting process for timely completion.
• Act as the candidate’s point of contact for onboarding questions with high service levels.
• Respond promptly to unexpected situations.
• Schedule new hire appointments with attention to onboarding deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and partner with TA/HR teams.
• Develop partnerships with internal groups to improve onboarding experience.
• Partner with TA Partners, staffing, and account managers for requisitions, offers, and onboarding.
• Leverage knowledge to contribute to the business and credibility with candidates and partners.
• Collaborate on or own ad hoc projects as needed.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Operations associate, you will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, Account Managers, and the business to support the offer and pre-onboarding phases of the recruitment life cycle. Fidelity Talent Acquisition’s goal is to ensure every candidate at Fidelity has an exceptional experience entering Fidelity, and the TA Ops team plays a significant role in delivering that experience.

• Create job requisitions for Fidelity full time roles for job postings.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents based on information provided by the Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Assess candidate progress through the recruiting process to ensure timely completion of tasks and documents.
• Act as the candidate’s point of contact for all questions related to the onboarding process and provide guidance with high levels of customer service.
• Respond in a timely and professional manner to unexpected situations
• Schedule new hire appointments with attention to detail and understanding of the overall onboarding deadline requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive data and information, and be a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Partners, and other business partners.
• Develop strong partnerships and relationships with internal groups to collaborate optimally in onboarding new hires and improving the candidate experience.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, staffing, and account managers to facilitate flawless requisition creation, offer letter extension, and onboarding of new hires.
• Leverage Staffing expertise, organizational knowledge, and sound business judgment to contribute to the business and build credibility with candidates, clients, and business partners
• Collaborate on or own ad hoc projects as needed.
