They maintain detailed candidate records, track regional salary expectations, and nurture relationships with top Maximo professionals to ensure rapid, high-quality staffing for enterprise initiatives.

Formación

• 2-5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting in technical, ERP, or EAM roles.
• Prior exposure to IBM Maximo, ERP, or enterprise software ecosystems preferred.
• Ability to engage with candidates on configurations and integrations.
• Strong interviewing skills to extract project and client details.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured interviews with Maximo professionals to assess experience and certifications
• Record details on candidate skills, certifications, and technical expertise
• Track availability preferences and salary expectations across different regions
• Gather decision-maker information for references from candidates’ past project engagements
• Maintain and update candidate records within Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Monitor and nurture relationships with high-value Maximo professionals

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting in technical, ERP, or EAM roles
• Prior exposure to IBM Maximo, ERP, or enterprise software ecosystems preferred
• Ability to engage with candidates on technical skills like configurations and integrations
• Strong interviewing skills to extract detailed project and client information
• Experience with Salesforce, Bullhorn, or similar recruiting CRM/ATS systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of MAS 9.2, Cognos, or WatsonX integrations
• Additional languages beyond English
